Here is the rough outline for the next few months:
Weekly: There will be a new thread for each week outlining the assignments and housing the conversation around that weeks discussion.
Do the two weekly assignment. (Podcast, Video, or Reading).
Post your favorite take away of each - with audio, video or text.
Post your best 2 questions.
Spend 30 minutes working towards your Big Hairy Goal.
Participate in the forum.
Monthly: Each Month a new thread will be started in the monthly category.
Talk with someone who you look up to. Record it and share it with the group in the expert thread.
Write, record or film a summary of what you learned for the month and post it to the group in the monthly category.
Big Hairy Goal: This is the huge project that helps you learn by doing.
1. Determine a project. The project can be a solo project or a group project.
2. Develop Goals and a Plan for the project.
3. Find an 3 experts to help.
4. Take action, develop skills, solve problems towards the hairy goal.
There is also a "general thread" for questions and topics that you want to cover outside the weekly and monthly elements.
